SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are estimated based on weight and expected parcel sizes. Shipping costs for single item purchases are listed in each product description, but total shipping cost may vary depending on items ordered together.

As I cannot at this time offer accurate weight-based shipping, orders can sometimes be overcharged shipping costs due to the automated system.

If you are overcharged shipping, you will be refunded the excess amount after your parcel is posted.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times will vary based on if a product is on pre-order, made to order or in stock.

For both pre-order and made to order items, it may take addtional time to order supplies and make stock. The majority of items are hand-made in small quantities by me, in my house, so it takes time for me to build up stock.

Items that are already in stock are aimed to be shipped out once a week, but if your order contains pre-order or made to order items, it will be delayed until your entire order is ready to ship.

UK orders can expect their parcel to arrive up to 3 calendar days after shipping notice is received.

International orders are shipped through tracked services, and can use the provided tracking number to view their parcel’s journey.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED?

I retain the right to cancel orders at my own discretion.

A common reason orders may be cancelled is because the item is out of stock and I plan to unlist the item, or because the email address entered with the order seems suspect.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

I do not take returns for any orders that arrived undamaged. Please recycle any zines you do not wish to keep.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of the majority of items, small printing or binding errors in zines, or trimming errors with stickers do not count as a damaged product.

If a parcel is returned to me due to issues with shipping, I will do my best to contact the customer and organise a re-shipment. Customers may be asked to repay the shipping cost in cases where the customer was at fault for the return- eg, incorrect shipping address, unpaid customs fees on the customers part, or failure to collect parcel from local postal services.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, you are welcome to contact me to organise a replacement or refund.

For damaged parcels, customers must provide photographic evidence of damaged goods so I may verify the issue and also provide this evidence to my postal service if need be. If items arrive severely damaged or unusable, I will replace the items where I can or else provide an agreed upon refund for the item.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING

I aim to use recyclable or reused packaging where possible. All clear packaging is bought from eco-craft.co.uk and is compostable. Paper tape and paper packaging is used where possible. I do not buy bubble wrap - if your order comes with bubble wrap, it is reused from parcels I myself have received.

Please recycle your packaging where possible.
